Ms. Shamirah Ross-Gowdy
Ms. Shamirah Ross-Gowdy is a visionary leader, public policy scholar, and community advocate with a career spanning over 15 years across the nonprofit, government, fintech, and justice sectors. As the Founder, President, and CEO of BrickTwentyTwo Productions, Inc., Shamirah has built a mission-driven organization rooted in equity, transparency, and service—empowering communities through strategic outreach, financial literacy, and creative expression. Her goal with B22 PARK, INC is to aid local, state and federal government in implementing 22 of her published policies (Policy Center).
Whether supporting justice-involved individuals, resolving complex tax issues, or managing technical support operations, Shamirah brings empathy, precision, and a deep commitment to public service.
Shamirah holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a Master of Public Administration in Justice Administration, and dual pending PhDs in Public Policy & Administration and Criminal Justice. Her academic and professional expertise converge in her passion for bridging institutional gaps and fostering trust between systems and the communities they serve.
At the heart of her leadership is a belief in the power of information, creativity, and compassion to drive systemic change. Through BrickTwentyTwo, she continues to champion policies and programs that uplift underserved voices and reimagine what community-centered innovation can look like.
